Terms of Service

By creating an account or using OMA, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use OMA on behalf of a care business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

1. The service

OMA provides tools for daycare owners, nannies, and families to manage care operations—including family records, updates, messaging, optional live cameras, documents, and payments. Features may vary by plan and role.

2. Accounts

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated
• Keep your password confidential and notify us of unauthorized use
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including staff you invite
• You may delete your account as described at /delete-account

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse children’s or families’ information
• Capture, share, or redistribute livestream footage in violation of our protections or applicable law
• Attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to use
• Interfere with the service or other users
• Use OMA for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes

4. Care provider responsibilities

Care businesses are responsible for the accuracy of enrollment and child records they enter, obtaining any required parental consents (including for cameras where applicable), complying with licensing and childcare laws, and managing staff access. OMA is a software tool—not a substitute for professional care judgment or legal compliance.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Paid OMA plans and family tuition features may be billed through Stripe or other processors. Fees, taxes, and refund rules are shown at purchase or in your billing screens. Provider payout schedules depend on the payment processor and your account status.

6. Content and licenses

You retain rights to content you upload. You grant RonPo LLC a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate OMA. Feedback you send may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

7. Disclaimers

OMA is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Live cameras and notifications depend on networks and devices outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RonPo LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of OMA. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for OMA in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using OMA at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to children, families, or the service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date of changes means you accept the updated Terms.
