Google Play and App Store users can request account deletion here without using the mobile app.
What gets deleted
- Your login, password, and active sessions
- Push notification tokens and notification preferences
- Team memberships and classroom staff assignments (deactivated)
- Link between your login and family contact profiles
What may be retained
- Care-business operational records (attendance, incidents, messages, activity history, billing) needed for licensing, safety, or accounting
- Family and child enrollment details managed by your daycare or nanny (contact them separately to change enrollment records)
- Anonymized references where history must keep an audit trail
Sole owners of a care business must transfer ownership to another team member before deleting their account, or contact info@ronpollc.com.
