Legal
Privacy Policy
Effective July 27, 2026. This policy explains how RonPo LLC (“OMA,” “we,” “us”) handles information in the OMA apps and website.
OMA is a childcare operations product for daycare owners, nannies, and families. Because we handle children’s and families’ information, we take privacy seriously. This policy is written for store listing and product transparency; it is not formal legal advice.
1. Who this covers
This policy applies to the OMA mobile apps, the OMA website, and related APIs operated by RonPo LLC. Care businesses (daycares and nannies) that use OMA are independent controllers of the family and child records they enter. Parents and guardians typically receive access through an invitation from their care provider.
2. Information we collect
Account information
- Name, email address, and password (stored hashed)
- Role and membership with a care business or family
- Device push tokens for notifications (when enabled)
Care and family information (entered by providers or parents)
- Family contacts (names, phone, email, address, relationship, guardian flags)
- Child profiles (name, date of birth, allergies, notes, photos)
- Daily activity updates, messages, attendance, incidents, and related attachments
- Business documents such as licenses and handbooks
Payments
- Billing and tuition records, payment statuses, and references needed to process payments through Stripe
- Card details are handled by Stripe; OMA does not store full card numbers
Technical and security data
- Session identifiers, approximate IP, and user agent
- Livestream screenshot or recording attempt logs (to protect children’s privacy)
- App diagnostics needed to keep the service reliable
3. How we use information
- Provide account access, messaging, updates, and cameras
- Support enrollment, attendance, incidents, and documents
- Process tuition and provider payouts
- Send transactional emails and optional push notifications
- Protect children, families, and the service from misuse
- Meet legal, safety, and accounting obligations
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use family or child data for advertising.
4. How information is shared
- Within a care business: authorized owners and staff can see family and child records for that business
- With invited family contacts: parents and guardians see information shared for their children
- Service providers: hosting, email, push delivery, object storage, and Stripe for payments
- Legal requests: when required by law or to protect safety and rights
5. Children’s information
OMA is designed for care providers and parents/guardians—not for children to create accounts. Children’s information is collected only as needed to operate care services, usually entered by providers or guardians. If you believe a child’s information was provided in error, contact us and we will work with the care business to correct or remove it where appropriate.
6. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active. Care businesses may retain operational records (for example attendance, incidents, and billing history) as needed to run their business and meet legal or licensing requirements. When you delete your OMA account, we remove or anonymize your login identity and revoke access; some business records may remain with the care provider in anonymized or operational form. See Delete account for details.
7. Security
We use industry-standard practices such as encrypted transport, hashed passwords, access controls, and livestream protections (including logging screenshot attempts). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Your choices
